The service was very helpful and kind, especially with ensuring we ended up in the right room. The location was ideal for my layover at JFK, offering a good night's rest and a convenient shuttle service. The dining experience was just okay, with chaos due to the volume of people but starting early at 5am. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
